Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days of us receiving your returned package.
The return time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (often 5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

If you need to return an item, send us an email at mikeschneider161@gmail.com, letting us know about your return, and please include your order number. Send photos or videos if relevant. You'll hear back from us on sending it back. Make sure that you include a note on paper inside your order, stating the order number and the reason for the return/exchange, plus any other important info for fastest processing. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any product marked "Blem" is a less than perfect product sold at a special discounted rate for that reason. Blem products are not returnable, we take no responsibility for any problems with a Blem product.

If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us with photos before using it or setting it up. We cannot exchange or refund used/set up items. We will gladly return or refund any defective product as long as it has not been used yet.
