Shipping policy
We can ship to any address in any country of the world. Please note that some larger ramps cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We no longer ship to Indonesia or Malaysia. If you are a legitimate customer from these countries who has purchased from us before, you can still place an order, please contact us via email.
Orders are shipped to the Shipping Address you provide. It is important not to forget to include your apartment number if you have one. If you make a mistake and the item gets returned to us, you will have to pay shipping again for us to re-ship to a new address.
Please note: we will ship to the address you provide on your order. We are not responsible if you give us the wrong address, and we usually cannot change the address or items on an order once it is placed, even if you email us after. Please double check that you use your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any discrepencies in address, we can only ship to the address given on the order.
For international shipping, we are not responsible for your local customs/duty fees. Each country is different and has their own fees and regulations.
